- Book a site visit with a member of the Sales and Marketing Team.
- Complete a GAR Application Form.
- Indicate your preferred choice of land from the layout of the Estate.
- Submit forms to GAR (online or at our Office at GICEL Estates, Accra).
- Receive a site plan from us and conduct a search at the Lands commission to ensure authenticity of GAR.
- Choose a payment plan and sign contract of sale that has the general terms and conditions as well as price.
- Receive Payment Invoice and Welcome Letter from GAR.
- Make payment to any of the following banks and bring payment slip.
- Societe Generale Ghana
- Zenith Bank
- Prudential Bank
- Pick from us your final documents i.e. indenture, site plan and transfer letter
